RAV4 Hybrid or Sportage Hybrid for a family of five?

Two adults, three kids (8, 5 and a baby in a capsule). Mostly city driving with a couple of long road trips a year. We keep going back and forth. RAV4 has the reputation and the resale, the Sportage seems better value and we can actually get one. Anyone here done the same comparison with three across the back seat? Do three seats actually fit in either?
